With an innovative spirit and the constant pursuit of perfection through progress, Mr. Myers and his team developed an application that surpasses its counterparts on the market today and will introduce a new way of bringing changes to this industry in a better and more concise way.
Mr. Myers’ expertise in government transparency and understanding of the vitality of seamless technology to facilitate that transparency is apparent in everything RequestFOIA does and develops. He couples his technical expertise with his passion for people, connecting with each client through a hands-on approach.
In his fleeting moments of spare time, Herbert enjoys travelling, golf and spending time with his family, friends and beloved dog, Mya. His favorite place to unwind is a quiet corner of Barnes & Noble with a good book and cup of coffee.
Nikesh Thakkar
Vice President, Operations
Nick is a strategic, forward thinking business leader with 25+ years in the Information Technology field. Long involved with IT infrastructure, there’s little he hasn’t seen or done. But more astonishing is how much he remembers. It comes in handy when you need an obscure bit of information about a server that was set up two years ago. He graduated with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Just a few things that Nick brings to the table at RequestFOIA:
- Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies, guidelines and procedures across the organization
- Developing and executing new growth directives for SaaS and Cloud based applications and infrastructure
- Streamlining operations for existing and new clients, vendor relationships, and partner development
- Determining the technological needs and direction of the organization
Nick has seen it all and done it all, evolved from an IT technician to Systems/Network Administrations, to Senior Architect, to CTO, then added in V.P. Of Operations.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys watching sports with his son – and recalling stats from every game played by the USC Trojans or the Ferrari F1 Team!

Jigar Shah
Vice President, Products & Engineering
Jigar loves data – if he were an artist, his sketchbook would be a spreadsheet. Not only has he helped large companies sort through years of pricing data to improve margins and revenues – he uses big data in his free time to track things for fun, like campaign promises.
He sheds the geekiness, however, when he interacts with people. Not only a good listener, but he is also perceptive, inquisitive, and thoughtful. With a combined background in computer science and management, this wide set of skills would usually be enough for any organization, but he takes it to the next level with a sort of ferocity in getting things done.
That also means he creates more time in a day to learn and internalize teachings of the vast and diverse Hindu scriptures and spread the knowledge to young Hindu Americans.
